About the Project
For, an automobile showroom I have done EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis) to get details of their customers and their types. I have done sentimental and behavioral analysis on the customer data. Later the analysis is carried through RFM Analysis method. Based on the analysis the result can be obtained and will get to know about the type of customers and under what category they fall. Steps can be taken for increase of sales of the organization.
Which country generates highest revenue?
The organization wants to know the country having highest revenue. For that we will present the sum of all sales by country. USA with revenue of $247,061 leads in revenue generation.
Followed by USA there are countries like France, Australia and Spain which also generates good amount of revenue.
Which year company's sales are highest ?
From the graph it is clear that 2004 has marked as the year with highest sales recorded by the company which is more than 250K.
Followed by that 2003 records 200K which is like the average sales of the company.
Company has recorded lowest sales in the year 2005. This can be result of any major affect in the operations of the company.
Which product has been liked most by the customers and by what percentage ?
As per the data and the analysis carried, Motorcycles are been the most liked products of the customer. This is because Motorcycles takes less passage area, has low maintenance, cheaper than compared to Classic Cars.
But there are customers who prefer Classic cars as they bring nostalgia, are a symbol of status, and a good investment.
